December may still seem a long way off, but preparations are already underway for this year’s La Luz de las Noches.

Behind the scenes, we’re working to make La Luz an even more welcoming and memorable experience for you and your families, while keeping the beauty of the Garden at the heart of the celebration. This year’s plans include the return of thousands of lights throughout the Garden along with model trains, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, holiday storytime, s’mores around the fire, cookie decorating, live and pop-up performances, family activities, and plenty of opportunities to make memories together.
Creating La Luz begins months before the first light is switched on. Performers are being scheduled, activities planned, props created, volunteers recruited, and countless details considered to transform the Garden for a few special evenings in December.
For us, La Luz is about more than lights. It’s an opportunity to welcome families into the Garden during a magical time of year, introduce new visitors to this special place, and create a winter tradition that feels distinctly Santa Fe.
Tickets go on sale for Garden Members on October 5, with Regular Member Pricing beginning the 15th, so start making your plans now! This is your chance to take advantage of the lowest pricing of the season:
Member Presale (October 5 – 14)

Regular Member Pricing (Starting October 15)

We hope you’ll not only join us for La Luz, but also invite your friends, children, grandchildren, neighbors, and out-of-town guests to experience the Garden with you. Help us fill the Garden with friends and families this December and make La Luz de las Noches part of their holiday tradition, too.
There’s much more to come—and as members, you’ll be among the first to hear about it.
