Santa Fe, NM: Santa Fe Botanical Garden invites the community to celebrate the season at La Luz de las Noches, returning December 17–31 with thousands of twinkling lights, glowing farolitos, live music, seasonal treats, and new family experiences.

Now a favorite Santa Fe holiday tradition, La Luz de las Noches transforms the Garden into a magical winter landscape. Guests can explore illuminated vignettes, enjoy music and carolers, warm up around real wood fire pits, and savor seasonal food and drinks.

All Aboard the La Luz Express!
New this year, the La Luz Express, a G-scale model train, winds through a twinkling landscape, adding a nostalgic new attraction for visitors of all ages. Family activities include s’mores by the fire, cookie decorating, festive games, and, on select evenings, visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Hearty food, warm drinks, alcoholic beverages, and snacks will be available for purchase.

Whether gathering with family and friends or enjoying an evening under the lights, La Luz de las Noches offers a uniquely Santa Fe way to celebrate the season—with light, community, nature, and the beauty of the New Mexico winter sky.
