We will have plenty of staff and volunteers to help you with any questions you may have on site, just look for the elves with holiday light necklaces and badges. They will also have flashlights to help guide you.

We have two ADA accessible Port-A-Potties at the entrance right past the Kiosk on the left.

We cannot offer refunds. If there is a cancellation due to weather, tickets may used on another evening or consider them a donation to the Garden.

La Luz opens at 4:30pm and you may enter at any time. Last entry is 7:00pm each night. When you arrive, please have your tickets ready to show our greeters.

Parking is available at our lot and across the street at the Museum Hill Parking Lot.

We will have ADA parking spaces on the left as you enter our lot marked by orange cones. There are also ADA spaces in the lot across the street. If you require assistance, please let our greeters know and they will contact a staff member or volunteer to help. We have 2 wheelchairs that are available on a first come first serve basis.

The Garden path and walkways are crusher fines (crushed stone and compacted earth) and these will cleared but may be soft or muddy due to weather. We recommend wearing comfortable, insulated outdoor footwear. Main paths are ADA accessible but we ask that you be careful while walking as it will get dark around 4:45pm. Our staff and volunteers will have flashlights but you may want to use your smartphone flashlight if you venture off onto side pathways. You will see some areas are sectioned off, this is for your safety and protection.

It will be cold at night, so please bundle up! The Pavilion and Amphitheater will both have heat and we will have several heaters throughout the Garden and a fire pit to cozy up to, as well as warm drinks. If the weather turns and we have to cancel an evening, we will notify all ticket purchasers via email no later than 2:00pm the day of the event.

We will also post to Facebook and Instagram if there are cancellations due to weather. There are no refunds for cancellations however you may use your ticket for another night.

We ask that you kindly dispose of all trash before you leave. There are many trash receptacles throughout the Garden and three recycle bins.

No pets please, even in carriers or backpacks. Only ADA-qualified service animals are allowed.

Please do not bring any firearms onto the property.

Please refrain from smoking or vaping in the Garden.

We will be documenting this wonderful event! If you prefer not to be photographed, please let one of our staff know. By attending this event, you consent to Santa Fe Botanical Garden using photos or videos you may appear in for promotional purposes.
