Scott Black Lecture and Lunch: Pollinators and Climate Change

Please join us for a special lecture and lunch with internationally renowned conservationist Scott Black. Scott is the Executive Director of the Xerces Society, which is the premier invertebrate conservation organization in North America. He is one of the authors of the best-selling books Attracting Native Pollinators and Gardening for Butterflies and has written more than two hundred other publications, including a recent chapter on climate change and insects. Scott has received numerous awards for his conservation work.

The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation is an international nonprofit organization that protects the natural world through the conservation of invertebrates and their habitats, and endeavors to make meaningful long-term conservation a reality.

Following the lecture, there will be a lunch catered by the Cowgirl, with beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments served.
