Linda Churchill, SFBG Director of Horticulture, discusses why, how, and when to prune woody plants in this hands-on, stress-free session. This workshop is for anyone who wants to boost their understanding of pruning and confidence with the actual work.
This workshop provides an opportunity for indoor practice making cuts, along with discussion about tools and resources. Given time and good weather we will take our newly learned skills outside toward the end of the session. Lots of time for Q & A will be allowed.
