Do you dare to take a nighttime walk through the Garden? Join us for a night of spine-tingling tales by flickering campfires draping you in an eerie glow. But beware—the Garden holds secrets, and you’ll be led by a ghastly guide through three chilling stories in the darkest corners of the grounds.
As you wander through the night, you and your group will be swept into a ghostly tale, each more haunting than the last. With 20 minutes of terror at each stop, you’ll have just enough time to catch your breath before moving on to the next spooky location.
Upon your arrival, you’ll be given your story rotation—your ticket to a night of frights. Will you make it through the Garden’s twisted tales, or will the night’s horror follow you home?
Hot Cider will be served.
Meet one of our storytellers! Nicholas Johnson
Nicholas Johnson is a New Mexico-born-and-raised actor and storyteller. He graduated from UNM with a BA in Theatre & Dance in 2018 and has been performing on the stage locally since 2016. Recently, he appeared as Bo Decker in Bus Stop and Orpheus/Phaeton in Metamorphoses. Outside of acting he teaches children and adults at Albuquerque Iwama Aikido and is a proud professional member of Storytellers of New Mexico. Thank you to the Santa Fe Botanical Garden for inviting him back to the Haunted Garden Walk!
