What says spring more elegantly than a tulip? Join Helen Byers to celebrate spring by painting one…or more tulips! Personalized instruction during this two day workshop with daily demos and feedback will include close observation, sketching studies of tulip petals, leaves, and other parts, and watercolor painting in layers, using “wet-into-wet” and detailed “dry brush” techniques. Participants will work from live blooms indoors. All skill levels are welcome.
