Join Eye of the Horno for a hands-on workshop where you, the participant, learns practical skills for cooking in earthen ovens. This class will focus on:
- Fire building and temperature control
- Cooking techniques
- Maintenance and safety
What We Will Cook
- Pizza
- Customized alternatives provided upon request to accommodate dietary restrictions. Some examples below:
- Gluten free dough
- Vegan pizza or bread
We will finish class with a group meal!
Participants will receive hands-on oven experience and basic instruction booklet.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you must cancel, please consider the program fee a donation to the Garden.
