We craft small batch, cold pan ice cream in Eldorado at Santa Fe, using seasonal ingredients and flavors inspired by the Southwest. The cold pan method creates an incredibly creamy, dense, smooth texture you won’t find in machine churned ice creams — every scoop is mixed, folded, and finished with intention.
