Forest Bathing and Cacao Ceremony

Advance Registration Recommended

Join Dr. Marcy for a restorative mindfulness experience that combines forest bathing with a guided cacao ceremony. Through mindful walking, sensory awareness, and quiet reflection, participants will deepen their connection to nature while cultivating a sense of quiet reflection.

The experience concludes with a ceremonial cacao tasting. Derived from the seeds of the cacao tree (Theobroma cacao), cacao offers a unique botanical connection between plants, culture, and well-being. Long valued by Indigenous cultures of Central and South America, cacao invites participants to reflect on the many ways plants enrich our lives.
